2nd of July

Ahir a la tarda ens van dividit en dos grups. Un grup ha anat a fer "High ropes" i "Laser Combat" i l' altre ha muntat a cavall i ha cuinat. Aqui us deixo un tastet:






Traditional Irish Scones
Ingredients
250g Self Raising Flour
1 Level Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Beaten Egg
4 tablespoons milk (around)
65 g White Sugar

Method

1.     Weigh Ingredients
2.     Pre-Heat oven to 180’C
3.     Sieve Flour & Baking Powder Into a Bowl
4.     Add Sugar & Mix Together.
5.     Beat an Egg and add 4 tablespoons of milk & whisk together
6.     Make a hole in the middle of the flour and pour in the egg & milk.
7.     Mix this together with a metal spoon.
  (If the mixture has not formed a dough and is very wet, add more flour.
   If the mixture has not formed a dough and is very dry, add more milk.)
8.     Roll out the dough until it is about 1 ½ - 2cm thick.
9.     Using a scone cutter cut out the dough.
        Sprinkle some flour on a baking tray and place the scones in the oven. (cook for 15-17 mins)
